运营主体：成都市成华区暴龙灵感装饰设计工作室（个体工商户）。网站功能可能根据实际运营、技术能力、合规要求与产品迭代进行调整、下线、合并或更新。

2. 内容与知识产权

BaoLong Lab 原创页面、工具界面、文字整理、分类结构、交互设计及自有内容由 BaoLong Lab 整理或制作。未经许可，不应整体复制、批量抓取、镜像、冒充发布或用于损害本站合法权益的用途。

Inspiration Board 中的第三方参考图片、品牌、作品与来源信息仅用于学习参考、设计研究和来源索引，相关权利归原作者或其他权利方所有。如有不当收录，可通过联系页面申请更正或移除。

3. 工具与 AI 输出

本站的 Prompt、AI 图片工作流、简历 AI 功能、交互实验及其他辅助工具均用于创作辅助与参考。AI 或工具输出可能存在错误、不完整、偏差、不适用于具体用途或第三方权利风险，用户应自行判断、修改、复核并承担最终使用结果。

请勿利用本站工具生成、处理、传播或协助违法、侵权、恶意攻击、骚扰、误导、侵犯个人信息或其他损害他人权益的内容。

4. 实时 AI 文本功能与内容标识

当前 Prompt 工具的 AI 优化，以及简历工具的工作经历优化、按职位优化和全文翻译，会在用户主动触发后通过第三方 AI 模型服务完成。当前实时文本能力使用 DeepSeek 模型服务。

实时 AI 文本功能需要登录并受到服务器端按账号配置的额度与安全控制；前端显示仅用于提示，服务器端判定是最终使用权限与次数依据。

对于 Prompt 工具经 AI 优化后返回的文本，BaoLong Lab 会在结果区域附近显示“AI 生成/编辑内容”显式标识；通过本站复制该 AI 优化结果时，复制文本会附带相应的 AI 生成/编辑属性提示。对于简历工具经 AI 优化或翻译后形成的内容，BaoLong Lab 会在简历预览区域显示“AI 生成/编辑内容”显式标识；如使用本站提供的打印/保存为 PDF 功能导出相关内容，导出页面会保留相应显式标识。

上述标识用于说明相关内容含有 AI 生成或编辑成分，不代表事实核验、招聘保证、职业建议或对用户经历真实性的确认。用户不得恶意删除、篡改、伪造或隐匿依法需要保留的生成合成内容标识。

5. AI 图片生成与内容标识

当前部分 AI 图片工作流通过火山引擎方舟提供的 Seedream 图片生成能力完成。用户应根据具体用途自行复核生成结果的准确性、适用性、权利状态与发布风险。

对于由本站生成并提供下载或导出的 AI 图片，BaoLong Lab 会保留用户可明显感知的“AI生成”显式标识，并在文件元数据中写入生成合成内容属性、内容编号及服务提供者编码等隐式标识信息。

用户不得恶意删除、篡改、伪造或隐匿依法设置的生成合成内容标识。将 AI 生成内容用于公开发布、传播或其他场景时，用户还应根据适用规则主动履行相应的生成合成内容声明与标识义务。

6. 灵感板中的 AI 辅助预生成内容

平面灵感、剖面灵感与综合灵感中的部分 Prompt 与创作参数由运营方使用 AI 辅助预先生成并作为静态内容发布，用于设计学习与灵感参考。浏览、查看创作参数、复制 Prompt 或查看相关素材本身不会实时调用 Qwen，也不会因此消耗用户 AI 使用额度。

如用户从灵感板进入 Prompt 工具并主动执行“优化当前 Prompt”，则该操作属于独立的实时文本 AI 功能，并按对应服务器端额度与规则处理。

7. 上传内容与第三方权利

你上传至 BaoLong Lab 的项目图片、参考图片及其他内容，应当由你合法持有、创作，或已取得完成本服务所必要的合法授权、许可或其他合法处理依据。

未经合法授权或不存在其他合法依据时，不得上传、提交或使用包含他人肖像、隐私、个人信息，或受他人著作权、商标权及其他合法权利保护的内容。

你上传相关内容，即表示你确认并保证：你有权将该内容提交至 BaoLong Lab，并授权 BaoLong Lab 及为完成相应 AI 图片生成服务所必需的第三方技术服务提供方，在提供本服务所必要的范围内对该内容进行接收、传输、处理和生成。

因你上传或使用的内容侵犯第三方合法权益而产生的责任，由你依法承担。BaoLong Lab 在发现或收到有关投诉、举报后，有权根据实际情况采取停止处理、限制功能、删除相关内容等必要措施。

8. 账号、身份认证、恢复邮箱、额度与付费功能

当前公开账号入口采用中国大陆 +86 手机号短信验证码方式。首次完成验证码核验时，系统可自动创建账号并登录；后续可使用同一手机号验证码登录，无需设置邮箱和密码。历史内测期间形成的既有邮箱账号可能在迁移或兼容期间继续保留，但当前公开注册入口以手机号短信验证为准。

恢复邮箱是可选的账号安全与账号找回通道，不是登录标识。当前公开登录仍仅使用中国大陆 +86 手机号短信验证码；BaoLong Lab 不提供通过恢复邮箱直接登录，也不为恢复邮箱设置或恢复密码。

绑定、更换或移除恢复邮箱属于敏感操作，需要用户在已登录状态下重新验证当前绑定手机号。手机号无法使用时，只有此前已验证恢复邮箱的账号才能进入相应的自助账号找回流程；用户必须先验证恢复邮箱，再验证新的中国大陆 +86 手机号。两项验证均通过后，系统才会将原账号换绑到新手机号，并使此前的正常登录会话失效。

恢复邮箱或拟换绑的新手机号如与其他账号的受保护身份信息发生冲突，系统可以拒绝使用。账号恢复流程不会自动合并、认领、转移或删除历史邮箱账号。用户应妥善维护对已绑定手机号和恢复邮箱的控制；如两者均无法使用，自助账号恢复可能无法完成，可通过联系页面咨询，但 BaoLong Lab 不保证在无法合理核验账号归属的情况下恢复访问。

使用当前开放的 AI 图片生成服务前，用户须完成基于移动电话号码的真实身份信息认证。验证码仅用于完成手机号认证；具体手机号、验证码发送与核验、恢复邮箱及账号恢复相关的信息处理规则见《隐私政策》。

当前 AI 图片生成与实时 AI 文本功能均以登录账号的服务器端状态、额度和安全限制为准。用户不得通过自动化、并发、重放、规避额度、恶意注册或其他方式绕过站点安全与成本控制。

当前 BaoLong Lab 暂不提供会员订阅、付费下载、在线订单等付费交易功能。若未来开放相关功能，本站将根据实际服务内容补充或更新相应条款和隐私说明。

9. 用户行为

• 不得攻击、干扰、破坏网站、服务器、统计工具、认证或页面功能；
• 不得未经许可进行高频抓取、镜像复制、批量下载或自动化滥用；
• 不得冒充 BaoLong Lab 或将本站内容包装成自己的原创产品；
• 不得上传、提交或传播违法、侵权、恶意、虚假或含有安全风险的内容；
• 不得以任何方式损害第三方或 BaoLong Lab 的合法权益。

10. 第三方链接与交易

本站可能链接淘宝、Pinterest、百度网盘、来源页面、即梦、可灵或其他第三方平台。进入第三方平台后，其服务条款、隐私政策、交易规则与内容政策由对应平台负责。

BaoLong Lab 当前不在本站提供会员订阅、付费下载、在线订单、结算或收款。素材商品的价格、下单、支付、订单管理与售后均在淘宝等对应第三方平台完成。

11. 免责声明

BaoLong Lab 会尽力保持内容、来源、功能说明与页面可访问性清晰，但不保证所有第三方来源、链接、AI 输出、工具输出或页面功能始终完整、准确、连续可用或适合特定目的。

用户基于本站内容、AI/工具输出或第三方链接进行的创作、下载、发布、求职、交易或其他行为，应自行判断并承担相应责任。

12. 适用法律与争议处理

本协议的订立、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律。因使用 BaoLong Lab 产生争议的，双方应先通过联系页面沟通协商；协商不成的，任何一方可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

如对账号措施、内容处理、投诉举报或其他平台处理结果有异议，可先通过联系页面提出复核或申诉请求。

本协议可能随网站真实功能、运营方式、合规要求或第三方技术服务变化而更新。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并以页面显示内容为准。

1. Website Nature and Operator

BaoLong Lab is a visual-creation platform for architecture, landscape, spatial design, and visual creators. It provides learning references, inspiration indexing, design assets, tool experiences, and AI-assisted features and does not constitute legal, recruitment, career, or other professional advice.

Operator: 成都市成华区暴龙灵感装饰设计工作室（个体工商户）. Features may be adjusted, removed, merged, or updated based on actual operation, technical capability, compliance requirements, and product iteration.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

BaoLong Lab's original pages, tool interfaces, written organization, category structures, interaction design, and owned content are organized or created by BaoLong Lab. Without permission, they should not be copied in full, scraped in bulk, mirrored, republished as someone else's work, or used in ways that harm the site's lawful interests.

Third-party reference images, brands, works, and source information in the Inspiration Boards are provided for study, design research, and source indexing. Rights remain with the relevant creators or other rights holders. Improper inclusions may be submitted through the Contact page for correction or removal.

3. Tools and AI Output

Prompts, AI image workflows, Resume AI features, interaction experiments, and other assistive tools are provided for creative assistance and reference. AI or tool output may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, unsuitable for a specific use, or subject to third-party rights risks. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding how to use the results.

Do not use the site or its tools to generate, process, distribute, or assist unlawful, infringing, malicious, harassing, misleading, privacy-violating, or otherwise rights-harming content.

4. Real-Time AI Text Features and Content Labels

AI optimization in the Prompt Tool and experience optimization, job-targeted optimization, and full-text translation in the Resume Tool are performed through a third-party AI model service only after the user actively triggers them. The current real-time text capabilities use a DeepSeek model service.

Real-time AI text features require sign-in and are subject to server-side account quota and safety controls. Front-end displays are informational; server-side decisions are authoritative for access and usage.

For text returned after AI optimization in the Prompt Tool, BaoLong Lab displays an “AI-generated/edited content” explicit label next to the result area; when that AI-optimized result is copied through the site, the copied text includes a corresponding AI-generated/edited-content notice. For content produced through AI optimization or translation in the Resume Tool, BaoLong Lab displays an “AI-generated/edited content” explicit label in the resume preview area; when the site’s print/save-as-PDF function is used for such content, the exported page retains the corresponding explicit label.

These labels indicate that the relevant content contains AI-generated or AI-edited elements. They do not constitute fact verification, a hiring guarantee, professional career advice, or confirmation that a user's resume claims are true. Users must not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal generated-content labels that applicable rules require to be retained.

5. AI Image Generation and Content Labels

Selected AI image workflows use Seedream image-generation capabilities provided through Volcengine Ark. Users are responsible for reviewing generated results for accuracy, suitability, rights status, and publication risk.

AI images generated and made available for download or export through BaoLong Lab retain a visible “AI-generated” label and include embedded metadata identifying the content as AI-generated, together with content and service-provider identifiers.

Users must not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal AI-generated-content labels required by applicable rules. When publishing or distributing AI-generated content, users should also comply with applicable declaration and labeling obligations.

6. AI-Assisted Pre-Generated Inspiration Content

Some prompts and creative parameters on the Plan / Section / Mixed Inspiration Boards are generated in advance by the operator with AI assistance and published as static content for design learning and inspiration. Browsing, opening creative parameters, copying a Prompt, or viewing related assets does not itself call Qwen in real time or consume a user's AI quota.

If a user enters the Prompt Tool from an Inspiration Board and actively runs “Optimize Current Prompt,” that is a separate real-time text-AI action and is handled under the applicable server-side quota and rules.

7. Uploaded Content and Third-Party Rights

Project images, reference images, and other content you upload to BaoLong Lab must be content that you lawfully possess or created, or for which you have obtained the authorization, permission, or other lawful basis necessary to use the service.

Where you do not have valid authorization or another lawful basis, you must not upload, submit, or use content containing another person's portrait, privacy, personal information, or content protected by another person's copyright, trademark, or other lawful rights.

By uploading such content, you confirm and warrant that you are entitled to submit it to BaoLong Lab and authorize BaoLong Lab and the third-party technical service providers necessary to complete the relevant AI image-generation service to receive, transmit, process, and generate from that content to the extent necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible in accordance with applicable law for infringement of third-party rights arising from content you upload or use. Where BaoLong Lab identifies or receives a complaint or report concerning such content, it may take necessary measures based on the circumstances, including stopping processing, restricting functions, or deleting relevant content.

8. Accounts, Identity Verification, Recovery Email, Quota, and Paid Features

BaoLong Lab's current public account entry uses SMS verification for mainland China +86 mobile numbers. A first successful verification may automatically create an account and sign the user in; later access can use the same mobile-number verification flow without requiring an email address or password. Existing email accounts created during internal testing may remain during migration or compatibility periods, but the current public sign-up path uses mobile SMS verification.

A recovery email is an optional account-security and account-recovery channel, not a sign-in identifier. Current public sign-in continues to use only mainland China +86 mobile-number SMS verification. BaoLong Lab does not provide direct sign-in through a recovery email and does not set or reset a password for a recovery email.

Adding, changing, or removing a recovery email is a sensitive action and requires fresh verification of the currently bound mobile number while signed in. If the sign-in phone becomes unavailable, only an account with a previously verified recovery email can use the corresponding self-service recovery flow. The user must first verify the recovery email and then verify a new mainland China +86 mobile number. Only after both factors succeed will the original account be rebound to the new mobile number and prior normal sign-in sessions be invalidated.

If a recovery email or proposed new mobile number conflicts with protected identity information belonging to another account, the system may reject it. The recovery flow does not automatically merge, claim, transfer, or delete historical email accounts. Users should maintain control of both the bound mobile number and recovery email. If neither remains usable, self-service recovery may not be possible. Users may contact BaoLong Lab through the Contact page, but BaoLong Lab does not guarantee restoration of access when account ownership cannot be reasonably verified.

Before using the currently available AI image-generation service, users must complete identity-information verification based on a mobile number. The verification code is used only to complete mobile-number authentication. See the Privacy Policy for processing related to mobile numbers, verification-code delivery and checking, recovery email, and account recovery.

Current AI image-generation and real-time AI text features are subject to the signed-in account's server-side status, quota, and safety limits. Users must not bypass site security or cost controls through automation, concurrency, replay, quota evasion, abusive registration, or other means.

BaoLong Lab does not currently provide paid transaction features such as membership subscriptions, paid downloads, or online orders. If such features are introduced in the future, BaoLong Lab will supplement or update the applicable terms and privacy disclosures based on the actual service offered.

9. User Conduct

• Do not attack, interfere with, or disrupt the website, servers, analytics, authentication, or page functions;
• Do not conduct unauthorized high-frequency scraping, mirroring, bulk downloading, or automated abuse;
• Do not impersonate BaoLong Lab or present its content as your own original product;
• Do not upload, submit, or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, false, or unsafe content;
• Do not otherwise harm the lawful interests of third parties or BaoLong Lab.

10. Third-Party Links and Transactions

The site may link to Taobao, Pinterest, Baidu Netdisk, source pages, Jimeng, Kling, or other third-party platforms. After entering a third-party platform, its own terms, privacy policy, transaction rules, and content policies apply.

BaoLong Lab does not currently provide membership subscriptions, paid downloads, online ordering, checkout, or payment collection on this website. Asset pricing, ordering, payment, order management, and after-sales service are handled on the relevant third-party platform such as Taobao.

11. Disclaimer

BaoLong Lab aims to keep content, sources, feature descriptions, and page access clear, but does not guarantee that all third-party sources, links, AI output, tool output, or page functions will always be complete, accurate, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Users are responsible for decisions and actions based on site content, AI/tool output, or third-party links, including creation, downloading, publishing, job seeking, transactions, or other uses.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and their formation, performance, and interpretation, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises from the use of BaoLong Lab, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through the Contact page; if no resolution is reached, either party may bring a claim before a people's court with lawful jurisdiction.

If you disagree with an account measure, content-handling decision, complaint or report outcome, or other platform action, you may first request review or appeal through the Contact page.

13. Terms Updates

These Terms may be updated as the website's actual features, operations, compliance requirements, or third-party technical services change. Updated terms will be published on this page and apply as displayed.
